ACRO has partnered with an experienced high volume liquid filling partner and together we integrated a filling station that overcame obstacles. The corrosive liquid had to be delivered fast, with accurate volumes, in many cavities at the same time. All of these factors had to be considered for the design of the stations. ACRO has the ability to design and build liquid filling equipment for your specific needs and requirements.
For years ACRO has been utilizing and integrating vision solutions into the automation equipment that we build. With the newest and latest camera technology, ACRO has taken a focused approach on improving our experience with multiple level of cameras for specific task requirements. If the application is just looking for the present of a part or analyzing the dimensional tolerances or graphical visualization, we can do product testing and suggest the right camera for the application.
Solving problems for our customers may lead us to experience new technologies that we have not used in the past. Recent projects included joining of plastic parts where we utilized plastic welding and plastic staking operations.
