Maximizing Our Capabilities

Historically, ACRO has completed multi-million dollar projects exceeding $10,000,000. In a typical year, we handle 10 to 15 projects exceeding $1,000,000 in scope. We offer the complete in-house capability to design, manufacture, assemble, test and service special machinery systems. We have a complete statistical process control capability to test and measure customer parts to Six Sigma, and we provide Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) services.

ACRO has the capability of producing $40 million of special machinery in our facility, which is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We employ a highly skilled workforce that includes electrical, mechanical and software engineers, electrical technicians, machinists, mechanics, and machine builders. We have approximately 80 directly employed ACRO staff members, comprising 15 office staff employees, 35 engineering and services staff members, 10 machinists and 20 assemblers.
