ACRO offers customized service contracts, which provide scheduled predictive maintenance calls by an ACRO trained service technician. This technician will systematically inspect the components and functionality of the equipment. After this inspection has been completed, ACRO will submit a complete analysis of the system, within five business days. These service contracts will help minimize unplanned downtime, increase machinery efficiency, provide operator training and promote a more proactive approach to machine maintenance.

 

For every machine sold, ACRO provides a manual which includes a detailed list of recommended spare parts. Mechanical parts are assigned with an ACRO specified part number, while electrical components are referenced by the original manufacturer’s part number. We recommend that an adequate spare parts inventory be maintained to keep your machine running at optimum efficiency.
